Peter Capaldi is leaving Doctor Who

Apparently Peter Capaldi (twelfth doctor) and Steven Moffat (writter and producer) are leaving from Doctor Who in 2017, and with the leaving of these, the writter and producer Chris Chibnall is taking the lead of the series as The Mirror reported.

Speaking of his decision to leave the show, Moffat said: “It’s the best job in the universe but my timey-wimey is running out".

Capaldi said: “This could be my final year it’s terrifying".

“I love Doctor Who but it can be an insular world and I do want to do other things".
